If ShipSlot costs you more than self-fulfillment in your first 30 days, we refund every fee.

Most 3PL fulfillment pricing was built for brands shipping 1,000 orders a month or more. ShipBob, ShipBob Flex, and Deliverr all require a monthly minimum of $1,500 to $2,500 before they'll open your account. For a brand at 50 to 300 orders a month, that minimum exists whether you ship 80 orders or 280. You pay for capacity you do not use, in months where margins are already tight.

Brands at this volume are doing the work of a warehouse themselves. Orders are packed at a kitchen table or in a spare bedroom. Carrier accounts are personal accounts — UPS or FedEx retail rates, not volume rates. Shipping times run 5 to 8 days, which is what your refund requests reference.

ShipStation, Easyship, and ShipHero are software. They route orders and generate labels. They do not warehouse your inventory or pick and pack your orders. Brands discover this after completing the setup flow.

The Price Floor That Keeps Small Brands Packing Boxes at Night

ShipBob, ShipBob Flex, and Deliverr built their pricing floors for brands at 1,000 orders a month. If you ship 150, you pay the same minimum as if you ship 1,000. That minimum is not a coincidence. It reflects the economics of warehousing built for enterprise volume. Brands doing 50 to 300 orders a month are excluded by design. The assumption baked into every major 3PL fulfillment platform is that you will either grow to enterprise scale or stay in dropshipping. There is no product built for brands who have already left dropshipping but have not yet reached 1,000 orders a month.

The consequence: you are fulfilling orders manually at an opportunity cost of $30 to $50 an hour. Three evenings a week packing boxes is $1,800 to $3,600 a month in time — more than ShipBob's minimum, but invisible on a balance sheet because it is your time, not a line item.

Introducing ShipSlot

ShipSlot runs pick-and-pack fulfillment for brands at 50 to 300 monthly orders, the volume tier every major 3PL prices out of their base plans. Send your first pallet when you're ready. Your 80th order costs the same per-unit as your 280th.

What You Get — Starting at $3.50/Order

No-Minimum Onboarding — ShipSlot accepts accounts at any monthly order volume. No contractual minimum, no lock-in, no onboarding window to wait for.

Transparent Per-Order Pricing — Published rates for pick-and-pack ($3.50/order Starter, $2.75/order Growth), storage per cubic foot, and receiving. No custom quotes. No surcharges that appear after you sign.

2-Day Ground Shipping, No Carrier Contract Required — Warehouse placement covers 80%+ of US addresses in 2 business days via ground. You can advertise 2-day shipping without a carrier contract or air freight costs.

SKU-Level Inventory Dashboard — On-hand units, reserved inventory, and incoming receiving batches update in real time. Connects to Shopify and WooCommerce via native integration or direct API.

Automated Order Routing — Orders flow from your storefront to the warehouse without manual entry. Tracking numbers return to your storefront within minutes of label print.

Kitting and Bundling — Multi-SKU kits are assembled at the warehouse according to your spec. Component picking and bundling billed per completed kit, not per component.

Returns Processing — Returned packages are received, inspected, and processed within 24 hours per your disposition rules. Status updates appear in your dashboard automatically.

Why Starting at $3.50/Order

At 100 orders a month on the Starter plan, your fulfillment cost is $350. ShipBob's minimum at the same volume is $1,500 — regardless of actual orders shipped. The difference is $1,150 a month you keep in margin. At 200 orders a month, the Growth plan at $99/month plus $2.75/order totals $649 — still $850/month below the ShipBob floor. The Starter plan has no monthly fee. The Growth plan at $99/month works best for brands above 120 orders a month, where the per-order savings cover the flat fee. No tier requires a volume commitment to maintain access.

Who This Is For

You are shipping 50 to 300 orders a month from your home, office, or a storage unit you're renting by the month.

You have already tried to onboard with a major 3PL and been quoted a minimum you cannot justify at your current volume.

You are on Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom storefront and want fulfillment to connect without a six-week integration project.

You have 2 to 20 SKUs and inventory that ships on standard pallets: supplements, skincare, apparel, accessories, specialty goods.

You have left dropshipping and need a fulfillment partner who will take your account today.

The First-Month Fee Guarantee

If ShipSlot costs you more than your current self-fulfillment method in your first 30 days, factoring in per-order fees, storage, and shipping, we will refund every ShipSlot fee you paid that month. Contact support with your order history and we process the refund within 3 business days.

In 30 Days, You'll Have:

  • Orders shipping from a real warehouse, not your home address
  • 2-day ground shipping you can advertise on your product pages
  • A per-order cost you can model into your margin on a single spreadsheet line
  • Inventory levels you can check without counting physical units
  • Tracking numbers that push to your storefront automatically
  • Evenings that are no longer spent packing boxes

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ShipSlot a ShipBob alternative for small ecommerce brands?
ShipSlot covers the same core services — warehousing, pick-and-pack, carrier shipping — without the $1,500/month minimum ShipBob requires. If you are shipping under 300 orders a month and have been quoted enterprise minimums elsewhere, ShipSlot is built for that volume specifically.

How does ShipSlot pricing compare for brands doing 100 orders a month?
At 100 orders a month on Starter, your ShipSlot cost is $350 in pick-and-pack fees plus storage at $0.50/cubic foot/month. ShipBob's minimum at the same volume is $1,500, regardless of actual orders shipped. The difference compounds every month you stay below their threshold.

How do I find a 3PL with no minimums? How long does ShipSlot setup take?
Most accounts are active and shipping within 5 to 7 business days of inventory receipt. You submit your SKU list, we send receiving instructions, you ship your first pallet. There is no sales call, no volume commitment, and no onboarding window. ShipSlot is one of the few 3PL fulfillment options with no minimum order requirement at any volume tier.

What happens if my order volume spikes during a promotion or holiday season?
Your per-order rate does not change during volume spikes. Starter and Growth rates are fixed. If a spike pushes you consistently above 300 orders a month, ShipSlot will contact you about custom volume pricing. There is no penalty, no rate change, and no re-onboarding required.
